Gary Lockberg, Principal and CFO at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Town and Country Real Estate, embarked on an exciting career transition after owning and managing two Boston pharmacies for over two decades. Alongside his wife, Gail, they opened a Prudential Real Estate Franchise in Wellesley, Massachusetts, in 1999. What began with approximately 8 dedicated agents has since flourished into ownership and management of two thriving offices, one in South Natick and another in Wellesley, comprising fifty real estate sales agents. Gary's role has evolved to encompass financial and marketing responsibilities as the business has expanded. In a significant milestone, their firm embraced the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, becoming the first BHHS company in Massachusetts on February 13, 2014, now operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Town and Country Real Estate.
